What you'll learn

  1. Fundamentals of ICU setup, monitoring, infection control, and patient safety.
  2. Airway management basics & mechanical ventilation principles.
  3. Hemodynamics: shock recognition, fluid therapy, and vasopressors.
  4. Sepsis, ARDS, acute kidney injury, electrolyte & acid-base disorders.
  5. Neurological emergencies in ICU: stroke, status epilepticus, coma.
  6. Toxicology, poisoning, and trauma management in ICU.
  7. Principles of antimicrobial therapy & stewardship.
  8. Case discussions, MCQ-based assessments, and interactive webinars.
  9. Offline (Hands-on Training at Hospital)
  10. Bedside clinical skills: history taking, ICU examination, daily rounds.
  11. Airway management & intubation practice.
  12. Ventilator operation and troubleshooting.
  13. Central line, arterial line, and basic procedures.
  14. Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) basics for ICU.
  15. Simulation of real-life emergency scenarios.
  16. Exposure to ICU workflow, multidisciplinary teamwork & decision-making.
